Lawn Care Packages
Clear Choice Landscape offers a range of service packages as well as individual and specialty services. Listed below is only some of our Individual Services, as well as a full description of each service package. Custom packages are also available and will be described in the agreement if needed. If you would like to add and subtract services to the packages and would like us to give you a price quote for your package, please feel free to ask.
Bronze Package
On properties up to 40,000 sq. ft.
Services included on a Bi-weekly basic
Mowing
Edging
Blowing debris from sidewalks, driveway and hard surfaces.
$80 a month ($960) or if pay for year discount to $912 for the year a 5% discount
Silver Package
All services included in Bronze Package Plus
1 hedge trimming in early Summer
1 Spring and Fall clean up
$145 a month ($1740) or if pay for year discount to $1566 for the year a 10% discount.
Gold Package
All services included in Silver Package Plus
Clear Choice 4 step lawn care Fertilizer program application (early Spring, Late Spring, Summer, and Fall application that includes weed control, crabgrass preventer and a winter guard, all with fertilizer for a healthy lawn. 1 Aerating, Dethatching, and Overseeding in early Spring
$275 a month ($3300) or if pay for year discount to $2805 for the year a 15% discount)
Gold Plus Package
All Services included in Gold Package Plus
Spring Bed Preparation:
Dead heading of appropriate perennials, remove deeds and Debris from beds, Rotate existing soil/mulch ad Mulch Plant Beds with compost or beauty barks.
Selective Pruning & Hedging
All trees & shrubs under 15' in height will be properly groomed 2 times per season. (1 in early Spring & 1 in late Fall)
Ongoing Weeding
All plant beds & turf areas will be weeded monthly or 6 times per season. Weeds will be pulled from the plant beds. Turf Areas will be treated as necessary. Cracks in the curbs, driveway, sidewalks, etc. will be sprayed with herbicide.
$475 a month ($5700) or if pay for year discount to $4560 for the year a 20% discount)
Disclaimer: Services are to cover 22 times of mowing and anything over 22 times would be at an additional cost to the customer. Anything less will be added on as a credit for next year's services.
